'Hyland Games' 2025-26

Every winter between November and the end of March, the club organises an internal Winter Triples League, which has been coined ‘The Hyland Games’ in recognition of Mike Hyland who has been instrumental in creating and running the league.

Having an all-weather surface means that league games can continue throughout the winter months on all seven rinks.

The league takes the form of up to 15 triples teams who play each other once over the course of the winter season. Due to interest from members, each team consists of a squad of players who rotate throughout the season giving all members equal participation. Games are played as triples over 14 ends, with 3 points being awarded for a win and 1 for a draw.
